What to expect
We will usually respond within a business day to book a short call or exchange a few emails to understand your environment and goals. If we are not the right fit, we will try to point you in a useful direction.
Active incident?
If you are dealing with a live compromise, email info@dingosec.com.au with INCIDENT in the subject line and a phone number. Active incidents are triaged same-day where capacity allows.
If the incident involves a significant data breach affecting Australians, you may also have obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and can report to the ACSC.
